Plastic caps for round profile

Plastic caps, Soft-PVC, approx. 68° Shore A (other hardnesses and special variations on request)

Available in all our standard-colors:
black
blue
green
grey
natural
red
signal red
signal yellow

yellow

Inner length: +/- 2,0 mm
Wall thickness: +/- 0,25 mm

The round-caps are produced with the dip-molding process
We use high-quailty soft-pvc to assure the highest quality of our caps
We produce our caps in many different colors and hardnesses and we are flexible with the length and the wall-thickness of the caps.
So it is not by chance that we are the most flexible dip-molder in europe
Because of the flexibility of the material the caps can be used very versatile

Round cap, protection cap, handle, grip, tranportation protection, cable end cap, tube, wire, drilling
Metric thread, Inch BSP (British standard pipe), Inch UNC (Unified national coarse): we recommend to tke a diameter a bit smaller than the profile for a perfect fit. You find an overview of the BSP- and UNC-inch-transition as picture on this article-page.
