We have three production-processes for your products:

With the dip-moulding process
we produce a large assortment of many different standard-articles such as
round-caps
rectangular caps
handle-grips
or even customized solutions.
Also a direct-coating of your parts is possible.
For the dip-moulding process we use high-quality soft-pvc which is available in different hardnesses to optimze the articles for your requirement.
We can produce within a range up from approx. 55 Shore A (optimal for bellows) to approx 96 Shore A.
Especially for our grips we use a soft-grip-material which makes the handles much more likeably and very pleasant to touch.
(this kind of material is also known from sports equipment.)
We have a big standard-assortment of colors so we can produce the products specifically for your demands.
The dip-moulding process is very efficient, no matter if you need a small or a big quantity of pieces.
The flexibility is characteristical for this process; we are able to use one tool to produce one diameter in many different lengths and thicknesses. So it is the most flexible process for the production of plastic-parts.
